Services

We provide CP12 landlord gas safety certificates and related appliance checks for holiday cottages, lodges, and short-term lets. Visit details and pricing are confirmed when we arrange your appointment.

Website use

Website content is general information about our services in Gwynedd and Eryri. It is not a substitute for Gas Safe advice specific to your appliances or property.

Bookings and access

You are responsible for arranging safe access on the agreed day (keys, agent, cleaner, or key-box). If we cannot complete a visit because access fails, we may need to rearrange — extra charges may apply if that was within your control.
